With over 30 years in the financial industry, Ross Croucher has dedicated his career to helping teachers, police officers, and firefighters plan for a confident retirement. A former Voya Financial and VALIC advisor, he’s specialized in 403(b) and 457(b) plans for more than 25 years, working closely with unions and their members across Ohio.

Ross has been recognized as a national top producer for 24 years and a member of the President’s Club, a reflection of his commitment to clients and community. Outside of work, he enjoys life with his high school sweetheart and wife, their three successful children, and a granddaughter who shines in soccer and the viola. An avid runner and fitness enthusiast, Ross brings energy, passion, and care to everything he does.
